Everything upfront, the way it should be. The short version: a $35 deposit locks your slot, 24 hours notice moves it.
Booking policies
The four that matter
Appointments
Come with your hair washed and blown out, and no oils in it on install day. Your natural hair needs to be at least 4 inches long. The balance is due at your appointment — cash or Apple Pay.
Deposit
A flat $35 deposit secures your appointment and comes off your total. Change your mind right after booking? Cancel within 24 hours of booking and it’s refunded in full.
Late arrivals
There’s a 15-minute grace period. After 25 minutes I release the appointment and it counts as a no-show.
Cancellations
Give me at least 24 hours and your deposit moves to your new date, no questions asked. Inside 24 hours it’s forfeited. No-shows forfeit the deposit and add a $15 fee before rebooking.

Good to know
The longer answers
Not by default. When you book, you’ll choose whether you’re bringing your own hair or want me to provide it, which adds a fee to your total. Either way, come with your natural hair prepped and I’ll handle the rest.
